Spy School is a unique spy-themed team building event, ideal for fun, reward and team building.
Each team begin their spy training with a selection of fun yet challenging spy themed team building challenges to earn spy pounds. During the event they will earn these spy pounds to bribe the spies in the afternoon.
Code cracking, crossing a deadly minefield blindfolded, memory games and breaking in to safes make up just some of the fun in the morning. These team tasks are designed to test communication, delegation and time management in a fun environment and of course to make sure our spy recruits are fit to leave spy HQ!
In the afternoon each team must hunt for clues based on the town's features as well as meet our agents, take photographs and decipher codes. The Incognito Spy Mission is designed to plunge teams into the murky underworld of international espionage! They must meet agents and explore the town to find its innermost secrets, solving intelligence and cracking codes along the way.
The Morning:
The Mission (Indoor and Outdoor games):
Virus
You have been sent to a top secret location to transport this very dangerous radio active material to the safe zone but you have only the very basic equipment to do so. Team work and communication required- you'll definitely need your thinking cap on for this one.
Operation: Minefield:
Teams have to successfully negotiate their blindfolded colleagues through a voice activated minefield, with the option of only using unusual methods to communicate.
Operation: Code Break:
A 15 minute challenge where agents decipher a series of cryptic clues to work out the correct sequence of wires to disconnect a ‘bomb'. Tension builds as the agents work against the clock.
Operation: Countdown:
The clock is ticking but this time you have to do your own countdown. From 50 down to 0 you have to successfully locate each number in sequence from a series of numbered cards laid out on the ground. The catch? One person can race out to turn over one card at a time, replacing the card face-down unless it fits into the correct order!
Operation Spider's Web (outside only):
Make your way through the web of ropes and string to complete the course and get through to the other side. Sounds easy? Well throw in a few blindfolds and some booby traps and the picture changes! It's up to your fellow agents to guide you through safely and spare you life and limbs! Spiders included.
Operation Snake Pit:
On your latest mission you have been stranded on a remote island and the only way back is across a snake infested pit. However, you only have the most basic equipment and you can not lose contact with any of your team mates. Can you make it across?
All aboard:
You have been marooned with only very essential provisions on a very basic raft. However, you need to condense as there is a leak and a very narrow waterway ahead which will leave you stranded. Without leaving the raft you need to get all the agents on the smallest raft possible whilst holding on to your provisions and not falling in!
Operation: International:
Teams test their knowledge by identifying 20 nations, flags and symbols from around the world.
Operation: Brief Case Crack:
Agents attempt to crack the code for a brief case - open it and the money inside is theirs!
Operation: Safe-Cracker:
Only the best secret agents can crack a safe open while under pressure. Teams will need to work fast to find the combination and get the key to the secure box for their reward.
Operation: I.D Parade:
Teams must get as many photos as possible from the list of I.D parades - gardener, cleaner, hippy and so on - and in the correct order and height! With digital cameras and their imagination they'll have 20 minutes to complete as many as possible. These can be shown as a slideshow presentation at the end of the event at an additional cost.
Operation Photo-Fit:
Teams test their recognition and memory skills naming a portfolio of movie stars from all the action movies.
Operation: Observation:
An asset to every agent is the ability to recall events, including their timing and location. A general knowledge test in which the teams are rewarded for correctly identifying historical events.
Operation: Obituary:
You will be rewarded for identifying correctly various deceased celebrities and in which year they kicked the bucket.
The Afternoon:
The Mission:
You will be given a route around your chosen venue with a selection of information-finding tasks and cryptic clues enabling you to find your way around. The event is totally flexible on location, format and content - we can make it as teambuilding orientated or relaxed as you wish. Will you get the right number from the phone box, the date on the smallest plaque or the code on the tallest statue?!
Sample Challenges (4/5 per event):
Code Cracking:
Firstly you have to meet the person wearing the right red coat in the right café under the right bridge, reading the right newspaper before cracking a selection of mind boggling codes!
The Exchange:
Provided with half the clues for the day and you have to find the correct agent to exchange briefcases with to continue your mission.
Safe crack:
After locating your spy you have 3 minutes to crack the safe by unraveling the words, working out the logic puzzles to generate the combination to crack the safe and win the spy points inside.
Interrogation:
Your spy has been given a new identity by spy headquarters and it is up to you to establish who that is. You have 20 yes or no questions and 3 minutes to force it out of him and win the spy points.
Photographic Challenges (standard):
Guests will have to complete a selection of fun photographic challenges that will test their creativity and make them howl with laughter. Examples: make a ‘human 007' and re-enact a scene from a Bond movie. The more creative, funny and spy themed your picture the more points you will get!
Scavenger List (standard):
Any good spy is resourceful, but you need to prove it! Can you collect the two day old newspaper for the vital information, a foreign coin and a magnifying glass? Definitely not as easy as you think!
Spy Catcher (standard):
The event includes interaction between teams whilst opposing teams try to catch each other out on camera talking to our spies. If any of the other teams see you completing your exchange and get photographic evidence they get essential bonus points.
