The Crystal Challenge

A firm favourite from the 90's, we have taken this popular gameshow and turned it into a fun-filled team building activity day! This fast-paced and exciting event sees your colleagues faced with a variety of different challenges, testing their skill and wit in four different zones:

• Physical
• Mental
• Skill
• Mystery

If your team complete their tasks in the set time limits then they will receive a crystal, all of which are vitally important to give them more time in the ultimate finale event - the crystal dome! It is at this frenzied finish to the day that all teams must allocate one member to do battle and collect as many gold tickets as they can in order to be crowned victorious!

Physical
Minefield Madness
One step wrong could see the end of a team member here as you are navigated blindfolded across a dangerous, voice activated minefield, guided only by whistle and bell noises from other team members! Arachnophobia
Put your trust in your team mates to carefully guide you safely through a complex web of ropes to retrieve your crystal from a deadly spider who lurks on the other side!
Team Ski
A hilarious game of communication where all your team must stand astride one extra large set of skis and make it to the end of an obstacle course where the crystal awaits. For some extra fun we can even throw in some blindfolds!

Mental
Bomb Blast
The pressure is on! Can your team keep their cool and work together to crack the hidden code and stop the atomic bomb from exploding and causing mass destruction?! Save the world and get a crystal!
It's A Numbers Game
A great test of communication and speed, this activity requires your team to race out one at a time to turn over the numbered cards laid before them in ascending order. Tricky and fun, this will have everyone working together as they try and remember where each number is! 
Safe Crack
The crystal waits inside but how to get it? Your team is put to the test in this challenge with a series of mind boggling brain teasers and a final mental challenge to give them a 6 digit code. With only three attempts until you're locked out, you'd better hope it's right...!

Skill
Snake Swamp
Your team has been stranded on a remote island and the only way back is across a snake infested pit.  Armed with only the most basic equipment, and without losing contact with any other team mates you must retrieve your crystal from the locked chest on the on the other side.
Chemical Catastrophe
Your crystal seems almost within reach but unfortunately lies in a very dangerous radioactive chamber! Teams may not enter the contaminated area and for their own safety must don the protective gear provided and use only the equipment given to them to retrieve it. Team work and communication required, you'll definitely need your thinking cap on to win the crystal in this one!
Crystal Launcher
You have all the equipment but do you have the skill?! Teams are presented with all the necessary items to construct a basic catapult and a target to aim for but only those who land their crystal in the box will be allowed to keep it.

Mystery
High Voltage
This dexterous and rapid paced challenge requires your team to guide a metal hoop over a copper wire whilst proving they can keep a steady hand under pressure. The buzz wire is highly sensitive and alarms will sound and lights flash if contact is made! With only 3 lives for the whole group to avoid automatic lock in, teams must really keep their wits about them to win this one!
The Magic Carpet
Set in deep and mysterious Arabia, your team have only one mode of transport to escape and claim their crystal - the magic carpet. Your team must stay close to avoid any one of them falling off whilst proving their skill in flipping and rotating the carpet within the tough time limit.

Dome Finale

The final show down is a hilarious and fast paced team challenge.  For each crystal earned in the maze, 10 seconds is given in our very own crystal dome.  The 10ft by 5ft dome is powered by two huge fans that blow around 500 gold and 1000 silver tokens.  It is up to the team representative to enter the dome and collect as many gold tokens as they can, with silver tokens counting against gold.  The team with the most gold tokens are crowned victorious!
