Well our barista training activity could be just up your street as we team up with Westminster Kingsway College, home to talents including Jamie Oliver, Anthony Worrall-Thompson and Ainsley Harriet, to bring you this fun and different teambuilding event!
Ideal as a conference energiser or stand-alone activity, our barista training class is led by a coffee expert who will teach you and your colleagues all you need to know to make the perfect cup!

guests, and ensure that your office has the best coffee breaks to boast!
The Master-Class
Experts At Hand
Your event will start with a welcome cup of specially brewed coffee to
get you and your colleagues in the mood. Our expert will then lead in a
practical and interactive demonstration, giving you a brief history of
baristas and all the important and interesting facts you’ll need to
know about different coffee beans, grinding and the tricky art of milk
steaming!
Try It Yourself
Now you and your colleagues will be split into teams to each have a go
at making that perfect skinny double shot caramel macchiato, or
whatever else your favourite caffeine fix is. Our expert will be on
hand to guide you throughout and offer any helpful tips to get your
drink just right before your team must then submit their best barista
to take part in our end competition to see who would make coffee house
employer of the year!
The Winners
Your team’s chosen barista will have his coffee judged against the
other teams’ and our expert will chose the best submission based on its
aesthetics and of course, over all taste! The winning team will then be
presented with prizes and medals to celebrate their victory.
