A high energy, high impact business learning experience, Team Business requires your group to work as a whole to run a new business and most importantly, keep it afloat!

Taking the different elements and disciplines of business, your group must use their individual skills to come together successfully as one big team. With limited time and resources, you and your guests must work with a high productivity rate; setting goals and taking the necessary risks to succeed!

The pressures and diverse demands experienced are similar to those experienced daily in a hectic work schedule, as you and your guests contend with deadlines, a perceived lack of resources and differing points of view, as well the pressure to work within the constraints of a variety of roles and personalities.

The Scenario

Split into the different departments of an operating company, such sales, marketing, advertising and finance, your team must win tenders by completing team challenges and brain teasers. Constant updates of external and internal developments are shown on the screen to test your group’s ability to work within a pressured and ever changing environment, and the boardroom buzzer is sounded to begin project meetings at key points within the event to allow evaluation of team work, change management, areas for improvement and facilitation.

Your team will have a list of key responsibilities within a tight timeline which will be essential to your own, and more importantly, the company’s success. It will become clear as the event evolves that it is impossible for the teams with the time and resources to keep the business afloat without working together effectively. Everyone has said at some point "If I had my own pub I would..." Well this is the opportunity to see if you really have what it takes! From stock control to staff rotas, budgeting to promotional events, you will be tested in running the whole operation.

Charity Shop
Someone’s junk is someone else's treasure and this will test the theory! From shop fronts and stock control, to staff motivation and budgets, your will have to earn as much money for charity as possible as well as making their own profits!
