Team Activity Day
Combine a great selection of teambuilding games, wacky communication races, blindfold driving and archery to make a brilliant fun packed team day packed with teambuilding qualities. This activity is a big team building experience for your guests and also offers a unique and hugely fun experience. Guests will test communication, time management, problem solving, leadership, delegation, trust and understanding.
Blindfold 4x4 Driving
As a team you will one by one as the nominated driver take on a fun obstacle course whilst blindfolded! You are totally in the hands of your fellow team members who navigate you around bends, twists and chicanes in your own 4x4. On a relay basis all team members will take their turn to make it around the course collecting some rather interesting items and completing hilarious challenges. Communication and time management is tested to the maximum.
Giant Ski Relay
5 members of the team on a giant pair of skis navigate their way across a n obstacle course against the clock. It is one for communication and co-ordination but a sense of humor is an absolute must. It is one which will have you falling about laughing....I said left foot forward!!!! This one is for trust, understanding and communication.
Virus
You have to transport this very dangerous radio active material to the safe zone but you have only the very basic equipment to do so. Team work, delegation and problem solving required- you'll definitely need your thinking cap on for this one.
Minefield:
A member of your team will be blindfolded as they try and navigate safely through a deadly minefield. The only guidance they will have is from the other members of the team who will be using a variety of sound signals to guide them. Great fun, great for trust and communication and definitely not as easy as it looks!
Spider's Web:
You have been stranded on a remote island and the only way back is across a snake infested pit. However, you only have the most basic equipment and you can not lose contact with any of your team mates. Can you make it across? Leadership, problem solving and trust is required in abundance.
Snake Pit:
You need to make your way through the web of ropes and string to complete the course and get through to the other side. Sounds easy? Well throw in a few blindfolds and some booby traps and the picture changes! It's up to your team mates to guide you through safely and spare you life and limbs! Spiders included. I great problem solving exercise ideal for communication and understanding.
Blindfold Tents:
A chance to put all that camping experience to the test! Teams will compete against each other to erect a tent. The catch? The only members of the team that can touch the tent are blindfolded! The aim to get the tent erected before nightfall. Without delegation and great teamwork and communication you'll still be there at dawn!
Add on:
Archery:
Challenging and great fun! Test your hand/eye coordination in a sport that has existed for hundreds of years. Use the competition grade bows to take shots at the target with the highest points being awarded the closer you get to the bullseye! A team challenge cumulates this fun packed event.
