Project Catwalk
Fast, frenetic and fun, ‘Project Catwalk' is a flexible team development game designed to highlight a range of team performance characteristics including building teamwork, communication and creativity in a hugely fun environment. More importantly though this has a real "WOW" factor!
Ideal for conference support or as a stand alone team-building event, the game's pace and diversity demands true collaboration, clear briefing and understanding between participants. Time and resource allocation, communication skills, flexibility, prioritization and team decision-making will be tested to the limit.
More importantly, groups won't have a clue that their team skills are being tested as they will be having so much fun and their competitive and creative juices will be flowing!
Scenario:
Your company has tendered for a large contract for a high class fashion house and they have to prove their worth in the world of fashion. As everyone knows, the final show is much more than the designer and the model - we need a choreographer, director, compere, make-up, lighting and much, much more. They will be given a budget and a selection of materials, make-up and all that sparkles.
Each team will have to be very creative as well as consider the design and marketing of the company. The client has short-listed your company for the contract as it would appear that you share the same company values and ethos, but in order to finalise the deal the client would like to see your team perform under pressure in a measured team performance away day.
Just to add that added sense of interest, news flashes of their requirements and the season's "must haves" will keep flashing up -so how much do you change your design and how much of your budget do you hold back "just in case"!?
Teams have to designate a compere, designers, model, dresser, make-up artists and choreographers and plan a full fashion spectacle with music and commentary to a set budget. Experts will be provided (dependant on size of event) including hairdresser, make-up artist and choreographer as well as event staff to make your day memorable.
The red carpet will then be rolled out and they will have to put on a fashion show for their fellow peers, attempting to put London fashion week to shame!

Notes:
- No venue is included but we are happy to atrrange this for you (POA). Suggested venues include theatres, 4* hotels, nightclubs and bars.
- The fashion show can be done over dinner as a black tie spectacular or after a drinks reception with canapés/ buffet and champagne with full lighting and stage blocks.
