Project Catwalk

Fast, frenetic and fun, Project Catwalk is a flexible team development game designed to highlight a range of team performance characteristics including delegation, communication and creativity, all in a hugely fun environment.  Most importantly though, this event has the real "WOW" factor!

Ideal for conference support or as a stand alone team-building event, the game's pace and diversity demands true collaboration, clear briefing and understanding between participants. Time and resource allocation, flexibility, prioritisation and team decision-making will all be tested to the limit!

More significantly however, you and your group won't have a clue that your team skills are actually being tested, as you will be having too much fun with this fast paced and creative competition!

The Scenario

Your company has tendered for a large contract with a high class fashion house, meaning you and your colleagues are going to have to prove their worth in the world of fashion! As everyone knows though, the final show is much more than the designer and the model, so your team is going to require a choreographer, director, compere, make-up artist, lighting technician and much, much more!  

In order to beat your rival fashionistas, you and your team are going to have to pull out all your creative stops and prove that you can perform well together under-pressure! You will be given a budget and a selection of materials, make-up and all that sparkles to which you must allocate wisely between the different roles in your team.
 
Just to keep things interesting and make sure your team keep right on track with your design, news flashes of the season's "must haves" will keep flashing up. How much do you change your design and how much of your budget do you hold back "just in case"?!

The end of the event cumulates with a full fashion spectacle with music and commentary of all the teams’ masterpieces; roll on the red carpet! The winning team will be those who put London Fashion Week to shame!
