Studio Time
This fantastic event has been carefully designed to test and bring out all the core business attributes in you and your group, including delegation, fun, presentation skills and above all, team work!
It is however also a hilarious and entertaining day, as you and your team get the chance to show off your hidden ‘X Factor’ talents in our professional recording studios, complete with vocal coaches and producers to hone your musical abilities into a 5 star performance. So get your brains in gear and warm up those vocal chords if you’re going to beat the competition to number one!
Song Writing Package
The Songwriting Package is for up to 16 singers, split into 2 groups, lasts 4 hours, and includes 2 vocal coaches, 2 studios, and 2 producers. Each group takes a well known song, and with the help of our vocal coaches rewrites the lyrics, maybe twisting them to a company theme or dropping in names of members of staff etc. The songs are then recorded by the groups with the producers, and finally the tracks are mixed with fantastic results. The person who gave the most during songwriting and singing also wins a trophy.
A Full Day
“On The Box”
To make this into a more facilitated team building event spanning a full day, your team will need to produce, market and advertise a product. Your product is the basis of your success, so your team must really work together to create something brilliant! Your host’s briefing should start your brains ticking but from then on, it’s up to you. Be careful not to drag your feet too much in the planning stage though or you may find yourself with nothing to sing about at the end!
Product Development
You’ve got your idea, now it must be put into fruition! You and your team must create and brand a model of your revolutionary product to give our expert panel a taster of what you have planned. Aesthetics go a long way in a buyer’s market so make sure your model has some star quality and a catchy brand name to match!
Jingle All The Way!
Now it’s your chance to really shine, as you and your team head into our recording studio to spend some all important time working with our vocal coaches and producers to create a masterpiece jingle. Lyrics, melody and a whole lot of creativity are required here, and we can guarantee you and your team members will be in fits of laughter as you get dancing on down to your new hit track!
The Winners!
Our experts will be judging you and your team throughout the day, although you’ll be having too much fun to have noticed! The winning team will be those with the best researched idea who pull out all the stops in the singing stakes at the end, although a special award will also be presented to the person who really raises the bar in the studio!
